Its fall, y’all! And fall wouldn’t be complete without festivals, so here is what is going on this weekend:
Thousand Oaks Brewing co.
Thousand Oaks will be hosting a Trunk-or-Treat this year! They have a huge parking lot and will block the entrances Friday night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. so the kids can have a safe place to run around! Hopefully the kids save some room for Taconmaye’s delicious tacos!
Hosted at Milburn Park, this year’s Fable Fest will be Saturday the 28th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event is great for kids and fable lovers of all ages. Be sure to wear your costume as stories and demonstrations including jousting, archery and fencing are brought to life. Enjoy games, rides and food, then shop around the Cobblestone Market, full of merchants and arts and craft vendors.
Cedar Park Arts & Crafts Festival
If you didn’t get your fill of arts and crafts at Fable Fest, you will surely get your heart’s desire at the Arts & Crafts Festival, held at the Cedar Park Rec Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free, but the cost to find the perfect holiday gift is TBD.
Harvest Fest @365
Whole Foods 365 is having a Harvest Fest! This Saturday, 3-6pm. Easy Tiger will be featuring 2 beers, a seasonal dessert, and seasonal food items. Fun for all:
- Pumpkin painting
- Live music on the Patio
- Photo Booth #CedarPark365
- Candy samples
Live Murder Mystery
Not into festivals but still want to get into the fall spirit? Don’t worry, we have you covered too. Austin Steam Train is hosting a Zombie Train Murder Mystery Saturday night. For our 21 and older group, this ride includes beer, wine, dinner and a live show all within a three-hour train ride. The question is: Do you have the “braaaains” to figure out who is out for blood? Get your tickets before seats are sold out!
Show us the fun you are having this fall with #CedarParkFun!
