Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat opened at the Palace Theater May 7th for a 5 week run. This exciting and colorul family-friendly musical, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, is directed by Mary Ellen Butler. The play brings to life the Biblical saga of Joseph and his coat of many colors. Joseph, his father's favorite son, is a boy blessed with prophetic dreams. When he is sold into slavery by his jealous bothers and taken to Egypt, Joseph endures a series of adventures in which his spirit and humanity are continually challenged. Production Dates remaining are May 21-23, 28-30 and June 4-6, 2010. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 2 PM. |
